Mizoram: One floor of a house gutted in fire in Aizwal

AIZAWL: One Floor of a house was completely gutted in fire this morning in Aizawl’s Khatla area.

Around 5:30 a.m.today a fire department was called to a house fire on Khatla Area in Aizawl.

According to reports, Occupants were able to escape unharmed but unfortunately the house was damaged from the fire.

The floor has been completely destroyed, however, there is no report of any injuries or loss of lives of the residents of the house.

Quick action of Fire Department saves other floors of the home from being destroyed by fire.

Reportedly, It took less than an hour to bring the fire under control.
