Bookaroo, India's most loved and first children literature festival organizer is all set to make its debute in North-East India by organising the first ever Children Literature festival in Kohima from 25th to 27th october 2018.
Partnering with the Kohima institute with support from the Government of Nagaland, the proposed ffeativa is all set to bring celebrated children's authors, illustrators, poets, performers and storytellers from all corners of India.
The three day festival will engage children in the age broup of 4 to 14 years and will have 40 sessions with the last day of the literary feat as day for the family.
Key speakers for the fest will include fesr Chitra Katha, Ameen ul Haque and other notable storytellers, illustrators and children's book writer including writers from Nagaland, Rita Krocha and Easterine Kire.
The festival is curated to fulfil the belief that there is a book for every child and that our role is to help them find that book and let every children's joy to let their i,agination roam freely when the magic of books come alive
