KOHIMA: The number of COVID-19 cases rose up to 12,345 in Nagaland after 5 fresh cases have been detected in the past 24 hours.
Among the five cases, four are from Dimapur while, one was detected in Kohima.
With this currently, the state has 116 active cases, while 11980 have recovered so far from this infection.

The information was shared by the state health minister Pangnyu Phom.
“Update! 5 +ve cases of COVID-19 reported today. Dimapur- 4, Kohima- 1. Total +ve cases- 12345 Recovered- 11980 Active Cases- 116” the minister tweeted.
Meanwhile, India today saw its highest single-day increase in six months, with 81,466 new cases of coronavirus recorded in just 24 hours taking the tally to 1.23 crore.
The country has reported 469 new fatalities, the highest since December 6.
