    Nagaland mulls Netaji memorial

    Guwahati, August 12

    The Nagaland government has plans to construct a memorial of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose in state capital Kohima.

    Governor PB Acharya said the state government had already discussed the matter. He said the memorial would not only instill patriotism among people in the state but also attract tourists. He also stated that Netaji had an active role in the freedom struggle of India.
