GUWAHATI: A Delhi-based dentist named Dr. Dimple Arora Chawla, who was pregnant had died of COVID-19 recently.
Dr. Dimple Arora Chawla (34) had tested positive for coronavirus on April 11 when she was seven months pregnant with her second baby.
The 34-year-old succumbed to COVID-19 on April 26, a day after losing her unborn child.
Dr. Dimple left her husband and her three-and-a-half-year-old son behind.

Just days before her death, Dimple had sent a video message to her family and friends recording a video in which she urged everyone not to take the deadly virus lightly.
Her husband Ravish Chawla shared the video message on social media.
"Don't take Corona lightly. Bad symptoms. I'm not even able to speak. Please do wear a mask for the safety of your near and dear ones when you interact with people. I pray no one has to go through this. I don't want anybody to experience these symptoms. Please don't act irresponsibly because you have elderly people, pregnant women, and children living with you. I'm still in the mood to work. I used to be so active, but now my body is giving up," she said in the video.

Dimple was an MDS in Public Health Dentistry who took every measure against the infection, according to her husband, she used to wear two or three masks and sometimes even the PPE kit when she went out during her pregnancy.
Ravish said that just after a day she got infected with the virus, the very next day their son also tested positive for the virus, however, he himself tested negative, and later their son recovered from the disease with a week.
