Sikkim records 67 fresh COVID-19 cases; no death reported

GANGTOK: Sikkim recorded 67 new COVID-19 positive cases over past 24 hours, pushing the tally in the state to 7,037.

East Sikkim recorded 60 fresh COVID-19 cases, North and West Sikkim districts three each, while South Sikkim recorded a single case during the period.

The state now has an active caseload of 693, while 6,055 people have recuperated from the disease so far.

On the other hand, 137 people have succumbed to the disease till now in the state.

A total of 89,645 COVID-19 tests have been conducted so far, including 434 yesterday.
