Darjeeling, February 26, 2020:

The advent of snow has sent the quaint little hill town of Darjeeling into cheers as the entire landscape has been covered with a blanket of thick, white snow.

Snow has fallen on Tiger Hill in Darjeeling, which is one of the more popular hotspots in the city, that was once the go-to place for people looking for a vacay during the colonial era,

Now, the town is famed for the distinctive black tea grown on plantations that dot its surrounding slopes. Its backdrop is Mt. Kanchenjunga, among the world’s highest peaks.
