AGARTALA: Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb today launched a helpline number-1905 to resolve the problems of the citizens of the state.
Through the helpline number common people of the state can now share their problems and expectations directly to the Chief Minister.

This helpline will connect me directly with the people of Tripura and I am sure I will be just a call away from solving all their problems," CM Biplab Deb tweeted after launching the helpline number.According to reports as soon as the 24X7 available dedicated calls centre receives the citizen's grievance the call taker will transfer it to the concerned department via Integrated Task Monitoring System (ITMS) to address the grievance in a timely manner.

Once the department has addressed the citizen's grievance, it will be updated back to the helpline via the ITMS, and the helpline supervisor will call the concerned citizen to confirm the action taken by the respective department.
If a citizen is satisfied with the department's response to his complaint, the call will be closed and if he/she is not satisfied, the grievance will be returned to the concerned department, which will take the necessary action within a specified time frame, according to the official.
