UNLF member nabbed in Manipur

Guwahati, November 19, 2018:

The Civil Defence Organization (CDO) - IW apprehended one active member (female) of United National Liberation Front (UNLF) organization on Sunday.

The cadre identified as Sandham  (N) Laishram  (O) Sangeeta  was picked up from Lamboi Khongnangkhong Awang Leikai in Imphal, Manipur.

From her possession, the CDO recovered Rs. 2.3 lakh which was handed over to her for the upcoming Rising Day of UNLF  (24th November ) which was to be distributed to the families of deceased and cadre of UNLF and one mobile phone.

Meanwhile, the CDO-IW also apprehended one active cadre of PREPAK (GS) from Canchipur in Manipur.

The cadre has been identified as Nongmaithem Manithoi Singh alias Mayol

The CDO recovered one mobile handset along with one Vodafone SIM and a sum of Rs 7100 from his possession.
