NEW DELHI: With the daily COVID tally in India steadily declining some states have begun the process of ‘unlocking' by gradually relaxing coronavirus-related restrictions and curfews.
Several governments ranging from Delhi to Tamil Nadu have declared intentions to ease lockdowns based on weekly positive rates and hospital oxygen bed occupancy.

Here are some of the limits and lockdowns implemented by states as a result of the coronavirus:
Delhi: Following a dramatic decrease in Covid-19 instances and deaths in the national capital, the Delhi administration said that the ‘unlock' process will begin on Monday, removing restrictions in a variety of areas including marketplaces and metro services.
Delhi will remain in lockdown till June 7, when the second wave of restrictions will be lifted.
Haryana: The number of new cases of COVID-19 infections has been steadily declining over the last week, the Haryana government authorised more relaxations for the coming week on Sunday, despite the fact that the lockdown has been prolonged till June 14.

Punjab: The coronavirus limitations in Punjab have been extended until June 10.
Uttar Pradesh: The state government has eased restrictions in 71 districts as the number of cases is slowly declining. The state's night curfew and weekend lockdown will remain in effect.
Bihar: The Nitish Kumar-led government declared on May 31 that restrictions across the state would be relaxed. A state-wide lockdown however, will be in effect until June 8.
West Bengal: After assessing the Covid-19 situation in the state, the West Bengal government released a list of amended lockdown regulations on Thursday.
COVID-19 limitations in West Bengal have been extended until June 15.
Rajasthan: The Rajasthan government has allowed certain commercial activities in areas where the positive rate is less than 10% and the use of medical oxygen and other important medical facilities is less than 60%.

Rajasthan has extended lockdown till June 8 but has eased some restrictions.
Jharkhand: Lockdown in Jharkhand has been extended until June 10.
Odisha: Lockdown in Odisha has been extended until June 17.
Madhya Pradesh: The temporary curfew in Madhya Pradesh has been extended with fewer restrictions until June 15. The state has announced district-specific unlocking guidelines.
Gujarat: From June 4, Gujarat's night curfew will be extended for a week in 36 cities across the state with additional time restrictions.
Chhattisgarh: On May 31, the Chhattisgarh government extended the lockdown till further orders.
Kerala: The state has agreed to extend the curfew until June 9 in exchange for some concessions.
Tamil Nadu: The state has extended the lockdown till June 14.
Assam has extended the restrictions till June 15 though on June 4 it increased the curfew relaxation by one hour.
Nagaland has extended the lockdown till June 11.
Mizoram has extended the lockdown, which was imposed in Aizawl and other district headquarters, till June 6.
Arunachal Pradesh has imposed complete lockdown in Anjaw, Dibang Valley, Lower Subansiri, Lohit and Tawang districts and the Capital Complex Region till June 7.
Manipur government has imposed curfew in seven districts of Imphal West, Imphal East, Bishnupur, Ukhrul, Thoubal, Kakching and Churachandpur till June 11.
Meghalaya extended lockdown in the worst-affected East Khasi Hills district till June 7.
Tripura government has extended corona curfew in Agartala Municipal Corporation areas and urban areas in the state till June 10.
Sikkim has extended lockdown till June 14.
