Fashion at Big Bazaar (fbb) has launched its third standalone store in Guwahati city of Assam just ahead of the Durga Puja celebrations, adding to the festive atmosphere. The store was inaugurated by Assam's Rajya Sabha MP, Biswajit Daimary.
The new store is located in one of the busiest localities of Guwahati, the RG Baruah Road (or Zoo Road). Spread across 1,500 sq. ft., it is located next to the Cafe Coffee Day outlet in the area, which is a popular destination for youngsters. The store will have the latest collection in ladies' wear, men's wear, and kids' wear.
The multi-storey FBB is has a vibrant and colorful decor. Manish Agarwal, CEO, East Zone, Big Bazaar, said, "In Guwahati, where we also have a Big Bazaar outlet, the spirit has not only been receptive to evolving fashion trends, but the city has embraced the new wven while retaining its core cultural identity."
It may be mentioned here that two fbb outlets already exist in the city: one at Paltan Bazar, and another at Six-Mile. An fbb outlet is also there inside the Big Bazaar in Bhangagarh locality.
Big Bazaar is an Indian retail chain of hypermarkets, discount department stores, and grocery stores. The retail chain was founded by Kishore Biyani under his Future Group. Big Bazaar is also the parent chain of Food Bazaar, Fashion at Big Bazaar (fbb), among many others.
