As soon as Akshay Kumar announced FAU-G on social media, netizens began expressing their excitement in the comments section. While some are excited and calling FAU-G a replacement of PUBG, others are curious to find out if the game will be available for mobile or desktop.

The announcement comes after the government banned Tencent Games’ PUBG Mobile, along with 117 other applications, on 2nd of September.

The Centre banned 118 Chinese Apps including PUBG and PUBG Lite version on Wednesday, amid the prolonged standoff with China at the Line of Actual Control.

As per the Union government, they were engaged in activities that are prejudicial to the sovereignty, integrity, and security of the state. The Information Technology Ministry received numerous complaints regarding misuse of these Apps for stealing and surreptitiously transmitting users’ data in an unauthorized manner to servers located outside India.
Now that the app has been banned by the government, most of the players are left looking for an alternative. If you are one such gamer and are looking for a similar game to play, then there is a piece of good news for you.
