Description- After a great meal everyone loves to enjoy sweet dish, it can be a desert,sweet dish or sweets. we present you today a porridge dish prepared from Newly harvested Jasmine rice and palm jaggery.

INGREDIENTS
Jasmine rice 100 gms
Milk 1500ml
Palm jaggery as required
Bay leaf 2 numbers
Raisins few numbers
Cashew nuts few
PROCEDURE
Soak the jasmine rice for 2 hours in water
Boil milk and add the soaked rice and cook for some time. Add bay leaf and cook till done.
Remove from fire and let it cool down for some time
Melt the palm jaggery in little bit of water and strain it and let it cool down completely
Add melted palm jaggery syrup to the cooked jasmine rice and mix well.
Garnish it with raisins and cashew nuts and serve it.
