Participating in the democratic process, Sudha Murthy, author and philanthropist and wife of Narayan Murthy, cast her vote for the Lok Sabha elections in Bengaluru, Karnataka on April 26. Murthy urged youngsters to come out and vote and choose their leaders.
Karnataka's second phase of Lok Sabha elections is underway today with 14 seats up for grabs. The remaining 14 seats are scheduled for voting on May 7.
The votes will be counted on the same day. Key constituencies in the state, such as Bangalore Rural, Bangalore North, Bangalore Central, Bangalore South, Mandya and Mysore are partaking in today's voting. Notable individuals, including BJP's Tejasvi Surya, former Chief Minister HD Kumaraswamy, and Congress's DK Suresh, will also find their electoral fate sealed today.
