ASSAM: PAPON’S FIRST PUBLIC APPEARANCE AFTER THE CONTROVERSY

After the sensational  kissing controversy of Artist Angarag  Papon  Mahanta the singer has made his first inaugural appearance. According to reports, the singer arrived on Sunday in Guwahati  for a public event under ‘Operation Smile’.

During an interaction with the media, Papon reacted on the POSCO case and stated that he has full faith on the law system. While his wife too stated the same.Taking his stand for Zubeen Garg  against the recent controversy he also said that an artist has full rights to raise a voice for democracy. It may also be noted that the artist assured the people of Assam of his comeback.
