VISHAL PRITOM CHALIHA'S 'SABDHAN' TO BE SCREENED AT UNITED KINGDOM

Sabdhan, a short documentary film directed by Vishal Pritom Chaliha will be screened in Newcastle International Film Festival, United Kingdom on 31^st March . This film will be a part of the Carnival of world cinemas which are to be screened from 29^th March to 1^st April. This will be the 4th international premier of Sabdhan. Prior to this, many other films directed by Vishal Pritom Chaliha has been screened at other International film festivals. Vishal has many other achievements as an actor. He played the role of Lachit  Barphukan, which was staged at Purvottar Natya Samroah by National School of Drama. Vishal also played the role of Maharana Pratap which was staged at Ravindra Bhawan, Guwahati. Jashne Bachpan theatre festival of National School of Drama has also staged Vishal’s play ‘Khel Na’. Vishal Pritom Chaliha has been able to showcase Assam in the International arena too.
