Guwahati, August 23, 2019:

Ranu Mondal, who was spotted singing Lata Mangeshkar's song Ek Pyaar Ka Nagma Hai at the Ranaghat station in West Bengal, just recorded her first song with Himesh Reshammiya for his upcoming film.

The video clip shared on Instagram by the musician has gone viral on all the social media platforms.

Himesh Reshammiya shared a short video of Ranu Mondal recording the song titled ‘Teri Meri Kahaani’ in her soothing voice.

Himesh shared the video with the caption, “Recorded Teri Meri Kahani my new song from happy hardy and heer with the very talented ranu mondal who has a divine voice, all your our dreams can come true if we have the courage to peruse them, a positive attitude can really make dreams come true, thanks for all your love and support.” The video has received over 2 lakh views.

Ranu Mondal who hails from Nadia district of West Bengal is also known as the ‘Lata of Ranaghat’. She was first spotted in a video shared by Atindra Chakraborty, a 26-year old engineer. She was heard singing a Mohammed Rafi song at Ranaghat station.

Ranu, thereafter, sang Ek Pyaar Ka Nagma Hai, and Atindra recorded it on his phone. He shared it on Facebook that went viral.
