President Donald Trump has issued a new threat to Iran via Twitter that if there is any engagement in counter strikes on Americans, the US will strike a number of “very high level” sites in Iranian sites.

Trump also warned that even the cultural sites would not be spared. The President, on Saturday, took to Twitter and posted, “…targeted 52 Iranian sites (representing the 52 American hostages taken by Iran many years ago), some at a very high level & important to Iran & the Iranian culture, and those targets, and Iran itself, WILL BE HIT VERY FAST AND VERY HARD. The USA wants no more threats!”
It may be mentioned here that the tweet came after the White House issued a formal notification of the drone strike against Iranian military commander Soleimani’s convoy at the Baghdad airport on Friday.

Trump, reportedly, has already ordered as many as 3,500 extra troops to the region since a US contractor was killed in a rocket attack in Iraq that Washington blamed on Iran.
