MANIPUR: CDO ARRESTED ACTIVE MEMBER OF PREPAK (PRO) ORGANIZATION

CDO IW arrested one active member  of Prepak (Pro) Organization from Shija Hospital Crossing, Langol on 22nd May. The millitants are namely Chingakham Sarat Singh (32yrs) son of Ch. Chaoba Singh of Andro Khuman Leikai. It is reported  that he joined Prepak (Pro) Organization in the month of May 2018 through one Chingakham Ingocha Singh (32)Son of Ch. Gourachandra Singh of Andro Khuman Leikai and presently working under the command of S/S. Commander Jeet of Prepak (Pro) Organization who is presently staying at Tamu, Myanmar. He further admitted that on the instruction of his commander Jeet he had extorted money form private Hospitals , Shopkeepers and Pharmacies etc. Yesterday  he came to Langol Shija Hospital and  extorted Rs. 70,000 from the Hospital Authority as instructed by his commander Jeet of Prepak (Pro) Organization. The Police recovered Rs. 70200 One mobile handset, one Aadhar Card, and and One voter I/D. card form his possession. The arrested person along with the seized articles have been handed over to Lamphel Police Station.
