MANIPUR: EXCISE OFFICIALS DESTROYED SEIZED LIQUOR IN THOUBAL DISTRICT

A huge amount of seized liquor was destroyed by excise officials as per law. The seized liquor amounts to Rs. 89,000 as per the reports of the Deputy Superintendent of Excise of Thoubal District. The reports has in it that the value of the seized foreign liquor is Rs. 36,400 and local liquor is Rs. 52,600. The liquor was destroyed  by Excise Department in presence of media on 18th May, 2018.
