MANIPUR: CHIEF MINISTER RELIEF FUND RECEIVES RS 16, 88,250 DONATIONS

The Chief Minister Relief Fund (CMRF) receives donation from different sources for the flood victims of the state. The Jain Samaj, Punjab Samaj, Agarwal Samaj and Sharma Samaj today contributed an amount of Rs. 6, 00,000 and also a donation of Rs. 1, 00,000 from the staff of JNIMS to CMRF to help the victims. The amount was handed over by the organizations to the Chief Minister Shri N. Biren Singh in presence of MLA Lamlai A/C Shri Ksh. Biren Singh at a ceremony held at Chief Minister’s Secretariat.

The Chief Minister pays gratitude to the donors for their generosity and lending a helping hand to the flood affected people. Till date the CMRF receives a sum of Rs. 16, 89,250 from various organizations and individuals.
