Manipur: MUSU claims VC left state

Even as the protest, in Manipur University continues against the demand by the students and teachers for VC A.P Pandey’s removal, the MUSU on Friday claimed that VC had left the state without intimating anybody.

The MUSU in a statement said “As on July 27, Prof. A.P Pandey is not in station of his posting. He left Imphal on July 25 and his return is unspecified. He has left the station without handing over the charge to anybody in the university which proves his irresponsibility and lack of commitment to Manipur and Manipur University”.
