The Meghalaya Cricket Association has announced a 15-member squad, along with standbys, for the upcoming Ranji Trophy matches. Meghalaya will face Baroda in Vadodara from November 13 to 16, followed by a home game against Odisha in Shillong from January 23 to 26, 2025.
Akash Kumar Choudhary has been appointed as captain, with Dippu Sangma as vice-captain. Notable changes include the inclusion of Anish Charak and Md Nafees Siddique, who replace Ram Gurung and Chengkam Sangma in the lineup.
The squad includes Aryan Borah, Arpit Bhatewara (WK), Bamanbha Shangpliang, Bijon Dey, Jaskirat Singh Sachdeva, Kishan Lyngdoh, Roshan Warbah, Lerry G Sangma, along with BCCI-approved guest players Ajay Duhan, Sumit Kumar, and Anirudh B.
Standby players are Adarsh Joshi, Ram Gurung, Wanlambok Nongkhlaw, Shembhalang Pyngrope, and Arien B Sangma. Support staff includes Head Coach Prabhakar Bairgond, Assistant Coach Moisten Ch Marak, Physio Surojit Biswas, Trainer Vikash Singh Chauhan, and Manager Dister Marbaniang.
