Vikuonuo Sachü, a class 12 student of Model Higher Secondary School in Kohima, has been crowned Miss Nagaland 2019 in the Annual State beauty pageant held at the Regional Centre for Excellence in Music & Performing Arts (RCEMPA) in Kohima on Monday.
Earlier, Vikuonuo Sachu had won the 2nd runner-up of Miss Kohima 2019. Vikuonuo walked away with a cash prize of Rs 1.5 lakh.

Imnasangla Ao, a BA 6th sem student studying at the St. Joseph’s Autonomous College in Jakhama was adjudged as the 1st runner-up and received a cash prize of Rs 1 lakh.
Viphrotsüno Kehie, an MA 3rd Semester student of Nagaland University was adjudged as the 2nd runner-up and received a cash prize of Rs 70,000. The sub-title winners received Rs. 10,000 each, along with gift hampers.
The 31st edition of Miss Nagaland was held under the aegis of Beauty & Aesthetics Society of Nagaland (BASN), as part of Hornbill Festival of Nagaland, and is powered by the Department of Tourism, Government of Nagaland.
