MORE THAN THREE LAKH CHILDREN ADMINISTERED WITH MEASLES-RUBELLA VACCINE IN NAGALAND

Guwahati, October 24, 2018:

As part of the Measles-Rubella vaccination campaign, more than three lakh children have been vaccinated in Nagaland.

The Measles-Rubella vaccination campaign was launched in the state on October 3 and 3,30,292 children have been vaccinated till October 22.

The vaccination was conducted in 2,686 schools through 1,086 outreach sessions.

The percentage in the state as of now stands at 73.64 per cent.

The vaccination campaign will go on till the first week of November.
