LONGLENG: In a remarkable display of unity, Naga villagers from Yachem in Longleng district managed to shift an entire house to a different location recently.
Although it is not clear what necessitated such an action, at least 50 Naga villagers can be seen lifting and dragging the house using bamboos that had been affixed to the structure.
Longleng District, the Home of the Phom Nagas, is the tenth district of Nagaland, formed as a result of the bifurcation of Tuensang District.
