NAGALAND: 144 CrPc IMPOSED IN NOKLAK TOWN

Guwahati, July 2, 2018:

In the light of recent incident on security force in Mon district, Noklak ADC, Theodore Yanthan has asked the Village Councils under Noklak Sub-Division to be on high alert as proactive measures. He further directed them to report to the nearest police station/administrative officer on any suspicious movement/activities or presence of unknown person in the village.

Meanwhile 144 CrPc has been imposed in and around Noklak town in view of the apprehensive law and order situation with effect from 28th June 2018 and shall continue indefinite. The following security arrangement is being sanctioned by ADC Noklak, Theodore Yanthan for 16:00 hrs to 18:00 hrs ,DEF Noklak for 18:00 hrs to 20:00 hrs and F Coy, 3rd NAP Noklak for 20:00 hrs to 22:00 hrs.

VG Noklak the mentioned unit commander has been entrusted to deploy adequate personnel for security duties during their assigned time slot.
