KOHIMA: The Directorate of School Education (DoSE) under the Nagaland Government declared to impose ‘No Work, No Pay’ with effect from January 18, 2021 due to poor attendance of officers/staffs in the office.

In an official notification issued by the Principal Director, DoSE, Shanavas C IAS stated that the attendance of the officers/staffs in the office is very poor and many employees have not applied any leave, which has hampered the functioning of the office and is viewed very seriously.

The notification further directed all the staffs to sign the attendance register in the register room by 11:00 am. The attendance register shall then be send to Principal Director, it notified.

Absence shall be imposed with’ No Work No Pay’ with effect from Monday, January 18, 2021, the notification stated.
