Founded by Aleo Ngukha in the year 2015, the club is a self sponsored initiative which was started with the interest to keep the village clean. This is one of the more active organizations in Nagaland, which seeks to keep a check on the cleanliness in the local areas, and ensure that the locals do not have to face the problems associated with an unclean and unhealthy environment.

The eco club in the village activities are carried out twice or thrice every year with the help of children who volunteer to help with the activities. The participation of the children in the cleanliness drives in the village is the most interesting part of the cleanliness drives.

On Sunday, the Eco Club handed over the dustbins to the kids, who resolved to keep the village squeaky clean, and promised full commitment towards the cause. They were subsequently seen posing with the dustbins, with smiles beaming on their faces. This initiative is sure to increase awareness about the environment and promote a cleaner, greener, and healthier environment.
