Delhi Police has averted a major terror strike in the national capital on Monday. The terror cell of Delhi Police arrested three terrorists with Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs) on Monday, reports said. The three terrorists, who are identified as Islam, Ranjeet Ali and Jamal, were arrested by the special cell of Delhi Police and from Assam's Goalpara, reports said.

According to reports, New Delhi and a few other states were the target of the three terrorists, the terror cell has reported.
DCP Pramod Kushwaha has said that the three arrested persons were from an ISIS-inspired module and were planning to attack using an IED blast a local fair in Goalpara (Assam).

They were also planning to replicate it in Delhi, the terror cell has reported.
