All the coalition partners from the Meghalaya government and even the honourable Chief Minister from Mizoram have expressed their dissatisfaction overall and their concerns about this Bill and have asked the government to reconsider and think about this”, stated Sangma.

“Mr. Rajnath Singh plans to call all the Chief Ministers of the Northeast for a meeting, so I think in a detailed consultation we will discuss this, but we have expressed the concerns of political parties, differenct civil societies and the people of Northeast as this is a Bill that most of the people of the Northeast do not accept”, said the Chief Minister.
