BJP President Amit Shah, who has mentioned social work and farming as his occupations, has declared assets worth Rs. 38.81 crores while filing his nomination for the Gandhinagar Lok Sabha Constituency which has been historically contested by L K Advani.
The astronomical figure was disclosed in Shah’s affidavit. The affidavit also mentions that he studied till the second year of Bachelor of Science from Gujarat University.
Meanwhile, Shah has also mentioned that four criminal cases are also pending against him. It is to be mentioned that as per the Election Commission’s new guidelines, a candidate has to advertise criminal cases at least three times in the media, so it remains to be seen when and how Shah advertises the four cases registered against him.
