Guwahati, May 30, 2019:

After battling out the Lok Sabha Election 2019, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is all set to swear- in as the PM for the second term on Thursday.

The swearing- in ceremony will be attended by the nearly 8,000 guests including foreign dignitaries at Rashtrapati Bhavan.

A special gallery called "Kashi Sankul" has been set up at the Rashtrapati Bhawan to accommodate the 250 special guests invited from in Uttar Pradesh to attend the ceremony.

Ministers team from across the World:

Mauritius Prime Minister Pravind Kumar Jugnauth arrived to attend the swearing-in ceremony on Thursday morning. He was received by Foreign Secretary Vijay Gokhale. Thailand's Special Envoy Grisada Boonrac has also arrived to attend the event.

Leaders of all BIMSTEC (Bay of Bengal Initiative for Multi-Sectoral Technical and Economic Cooperation) countries will also attend the ceremony. BIMSTEC include Bangladesh, Bhutan, Myanmar, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Thailand besides India.

President of Bangladesh Abdul Hamid, Sri Lankan President Maithripala Sirisena and Prime Minister of Nepal KP Sharma Oli will attend the event. Kyrgyzstan President Sooronbay Jeenbekov has also confirmed to participate in the event.

List of Indian Ministers attending the event:

All the top leaders of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) will attend the ceremony. Amit Shah, Rajnath Sigh, Smriti Irani, Ravi Shankar Prasad, and few others are among the key personalities who will be present in the ceremony.

All Chief Ministers, including newly-elected Andhra CM Jagan Mohan Reddy, Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal, JD(S) leader, and Karnataka CM HD Kumaraswamy and Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, are expected to attend the ceremony.

United Progressive Alliance (UPA) chairperson Sonia Gandhi and Congress president Rahul Gandhi will be attending Prime Minister Narendra Modi's swearing-in ceremony.

One leader of the Shiv Sena will also attend the event.

List of Ministers not attending the event:

West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee, Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik, and Chhattisgarh CM Bhupesh Singh Bhaghel will not be attending the event.

Mizoram’s CM, Zoramthanga, who is also the president of the ruling Mizo National Front (MNF), will not be attending the event. Also, Punjab CM Amarinder Singh will also miss the swearing-in ceremony.

Invitations not sent:

As per reports, DMK president M K Stalin has not been invited for the swearing-in, while all MPs from Tamil Nadu, including the 20 DMK representatives have got the invitation.

It is also known that no invitation was sent to Pakistan and China to attend the ceremony.

Security arrangements for the event:

Army Chief General Bipin Rawat, Navy Chief Admiral Sunil Lanba and Vice Chief of Air Force Air Marshal RKS Bhadauria were also present along with PM Modi during his visit at the War Memorial.

Over 10,000 security personnel from the Delhi Police and paramilitary forces have been deployed to overcome any situation. Over 2,000 other security personnel have been deployed to secure the route meant to be taken by PM Modi and foreign dignitaries.

Reports said snipers have been deployed atop specific structures as PM Modi visits the different monuments through the morning.

Celebs attending the event:

B-town celebrities Vivek Oberoi and Boman Irani have arrived in the national capital to attend Modi’s swearing-in ceremony.

While movie superstars Rajinikanth and Shah Rukh Khan have been invited to Prime Minister Narendra Modi's swearing-in ceremony.

Several film stars, including Kangana Ranaut, Sanjay Bhansali, Karan Johar, and few others have also been invited.

Other Highlights:

Besides Ambani, Adani, and Tata, business honchos Ajay Piramal, John Chambers and Bill Gates have also been extended invitation for Modi's swearing-in.

Sports legends Rahul Dravid, Saina Nehwal, Gautam Gambhir, and others are expected to win the elections.

Harish Saholiya, a jeweler in Rajkot has made three unique mementos from precious metals for Prime Minister Narendra Modi for winning the Lok Sabha elections.

On the other hand, Vipra (Brahmin) Samaj performed Dugdhabhishek of Ganga at Varanasi's Ahilyabai Ghat to celebrate the ceremony for the second time.
