Indo-Tibetan Border Police official commits suicide in Kashmir

Srinagar, March 30, 2019:

An Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) official committed suicide last night by shooting himself with his service rifle in Kunzer area of Tangmarg. His body was found in a pool of his own blood.

The deceased has been identified as Chander Mani Noteyal of ITBP 4th Adhoc G Coy. The incident took place at town hall Kimzer in Tangmarg area of Baramulla district, Kashmir.

The reason for the suicide is yet to be discovered.
