New Delhi, September 9, 2019:

Pakistan has released international terrorist Jaish-e-Mohammed Chief Maulana Masood Azhar from the protective custody. Meanwhile, it has been suspected that the Pulwama mastermind will carry out terror attacks in Jammu and Kashmir, post abrogation of Article 370.

The Intelligence Bureau (IB) has also alerted the Indian government regarding the deployment of additional Pakistani troopers along the border near Rajasthan

Reportedly, the intelligence agency also warned that Pakistan has started deploying additional troops near the Rajasthan border as part of the plan.

The information has been forwarded to the respective Border Security Force and army field formations in Jammu and Rajasthan sectors to avoid any surprises attack from the Pakistani army. The troops along the border have been asked to remain alert.

On the other hand, the Army has received intelligence inputs of terrorist attacks in southern part of India. According to the official sources, some abandoned boats have been found at Gujarat's Sir Creek.

The development has been reported after ports of Gujarat were put on high alert after the IB received inputs that Pakistani commandos were likely to infiltrate into Indian waters through the Kutch area and carry out a terror attack in Gujarat.

Tension between India and Pakistan escalated after special status to Jammu and Kashmir was revoked last month and the state was bifurcated into two Union territories. After India's move, Pakistan downgraded trade ties with India and expelled the envoy. India called the move its internal matter.

Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan on Friday alleged that the global community will be responsible for any “catastrophic” and threatened fullest possible response to India’s moves in Jammu and Kashmir.
