Manohar Lal Khattar is set to be sworn in as the Chief Minister of Haryana for the second term in a row. He was elected the leader of the BJP party on Saturday.
Jannayak Janata Party’s (JJP) leader Dushyant Chattar will take oath as the deputy Chief Minister.
It may be mentioned here that while BJP has 40 MLAs and JJP has 10 in the 90-member Haryana Assembly, Congress has 31 MLAs.

Five ministers — Anil Vij, Banwari Lal (both ministers in the outgoing cabinet), independent MLA Ranjit Chautala and two legislators from JJP - will take oath today.
It may be mentioned here that Manohar Lal Khattar and his JJP alliance partner Dushyant had staked claim to form the government in a meeting with Governor Satyadeo Narain Arya, following which their proposal was accepted.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah had earlier announced the formation of a coalition government with JJP in Haryana.
Following the announcement of the alliance, JJP Chief Dushyant Chautala said that it was important for the BJP to join hands with the party to ‘to give a stable government’ in Haryana.
