Guwahati, February 19, 2019:

Lt. General Kanwal Jeet Singh Dhillon on Tuesday briefed the media on the Pulwama attack and urged the mothers of the region to call their children back who have gone out to join the terrorist groups.

The Army general informed that the army has successfully eliminated the mastermind along with the other terrorists of the group Jaish-e-Muahhamed (JeM) in less than 100 hours that was controlled and operated from Pakistan.

Addressing the media, Lt General Dhillon said, “We have inputs of the Pakistani spy agency, Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) agency was involved in the attack. We were tracking down top leadership in the valley since the Pulwama attack on February 14.”

Adding that anyone who picks a gun will be killed whether they surrender or not, he appealed to all the mothers in the valley to call back their children who have left their home to join the terrorist groups in Jammu and Kashmir.

It may be mentioned that the Pinglen encounter that took place between the army and JeM terrorist on February 18 that claimed the lives of four Army personnel, a policeman, and three Jaish-e-Mohammed terrorists along with a civilian.
