Passengers’ full blown brawl onboard Bangkok-Kolkata flight turns ugly, watch video

A mid-air fight between passengers onboard the Thai Smile Airways flight from Bangkok to Kolkata on December  27, turned ugly when two passengers got into a physical altercation that was caught on camera. 

Two passengers are seen having a furious debate while another member of the staff tries to calm them down, according to the video of the altercation that has gone viral on social media. The two passengers ignored the flight attendant's advice, nevertheless.

One of them is even heard saying, "...haath neeche rakh (keep your hands down)..." and start punching the other passenger as the altercation gets violent. The former's friends quickly join the conflict. However, the one who was hit did not strike back.

The nasty argument was finally brought under control by a flight attendant as the other passengers and cabin personnel looked on.

This was not the first instance of an in-flight argument occurring mid-air. A video of a violent argument between an IndiGo passenger and an air hostess about the available food on a journey from Istanbul to Delhi went viral a few days ago.
