As the 2019 Lok Sabha polls are just a few months away, the mood of the nation is just like a “hotcake” or what we call is “centre of attraction” for the country itself.

After years of Congress ruling the country, BJP came to power and the last five years was a roller-coaster ride that the country faced.  While there have been surveys across the country to gauge the mood of the nation regarding the 2019 polls. Leading media groups of the country along with what Centre for the Studies of Developmental Society (CSDS) has said, 47% Indians don’t want BJP government back in the ruling party. The survey conducted by CSDS polled responses from 15,859 participants across the nation to arrive at its conclusions.

The highlighting fact as of now is the Modi governments’ popularity and its chances of being re-elected. There has been an indication that the BJP government might get re-elected but according to the survey, there are clear indications that the popularity of the ruling government is declining. If we have a look at the trending tweets, surveys or facts of the country there have been clear signs of decline in the popularity of Narendra Modi as the prime minister.

While following a report of Bihar, Madhya Pradesh and UP as whom they have considered the part of NDA, it said, In Maharashtra we have still considered Shiv Sena as an aly of BJP. In UP, the allies of 2014 are still with the party. In Bihar there has been some movement. Janata Dal(United) has joined the alliance, which takes NDA’s vote-share in the state to great heights. And one party has moved out of the alliance.

If we have a look in the popularity or the presence of Rahul Gandhi and Narendra Modi it can be notied that Modi has been one of the most popular PM whose popularity has taken a hit. While Rahul Gandhi’s popularity has been on rise but as surveys say it might be artificial, a click on his happening of the next PM!

While heading towards the end, the mood of the nation is still fluctuating on the overall 2019 polls. While every party is still working on its political strategies to make the 2019 polls happen on its favour.
