Manipur CM N Biren Singh drops three cabinet ministers from council of ministers

In a major development, the Governor of Manipur Najma Heptullah has accepted for dropping out of three Cabinet Ministers from Biren Singh cabinet as per the request from chief minister N Biren Singh.

The three dropped ministers are Agriculture, Veterinary & Animal Husbandary minister V Hangkhalian, Social Welfare & Co operation minister Nemcha Kipgen and Education, Labour & Employment minister Th. Radheshyam Singh.
