PHENSEDYL SEIZED FROM CPI(M) OFFICE CAMPUS IN TRIPURA

Police seized banned cough syrup Phensedyl from the office campus of CPI(M) Bishalgarh party office in Sepahijala district of West Tripura after night long search following complaint lodged by local people. A group of people lodged complaint that CPIM party office is having storage of contrabands. They demanded to conduct search operation and gheraoed the office.

Speaking to INSIDENE, Addl. SP, Sepahijala, R Darlong said that during search police recovered 15 bottles of Phensedyl concealed in a tank and a case has been registered under the NDPS act.
