Banks across India to go on a five day strike from Dec 21

A copy of the same has been submitted to the Chief Labour Commissioner in New Delhi.

Prior to this a nationwide bank strike was declared on December 26.

Reportedly, the AIBOC informed that the strike has been called against Indian Banks’ Associations move to leave officers in scale IV and above out of the bipartite wage settlement.

According to AIMOC, the bank officers’ union demanded full and complete mandate for officers (Scale I to VII) wage revision in 11th bipartite settlement.
