Four candidates filed nomination for lone Lok Sabha seat from Nagaland

Kohima, March 25, 2019:

Hayithung Tungoe of National People's Party (NPP) and M.M Thromwa Konyak of Indian Christian Secular Party (ICSP) filed nominations on the last day of nomination for election to the house of the people for the Nagaland Parliamentary Constituency at the Commissioner's Conference Hall Today.

With the filing of two more candidates on the last day of nomination, the Nagaland Parliamentary Constituency Election 2019 will likely to witness four-corner contest (NDPP, INC, NPP & ICSP) for the lone Lok Sabha seat which is slated to be held on 11th April 2019.

Meanwhile, for the by-election to the 26 Aonglenden Assembly Constituency, four candidates from NDPP, NPF, INC, and NPP have also filed their nomination
