ARUNACHAL PRADESH: NSCN (IM) KILLED CADRES OF NSCN (U)

The framework agreement which pledges to restore the pride and prestige of the Nagas is based on the concept of “shared sovereingnty” between the Nagas and the Indian government. While an incident that took place in Namsang Village, Deomali where SS Captain Victor Tankhul of NSCN (IM) killed two cadres of NSCN (U) including their SS Captain Ranchon and a civilian who was kidnapped by NSCN (U) group. The NSCN (IM) ambushed the NSCN (U) cadre and took their weapons and extortion money in an open fire fight between the two groups.
