Arunachal Pradesh Rural Bank unveils comprehensive digital banking services for rural and urban areas

Arunachal Pradesh Rural Bank (APRB) has embarked on a significant digital transformation, launching a suite of new services aimed at improving banking experiences for customers in both rural and urban areas of Arunachal Pradesh. Chairman Paogin Haokip emphasized the bank's dedication to making digital banking accessible to everyone through innovative tools like APRB Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, and DISA.

The new digital services offer features such as online account management, fund transfers, PMSSS enrollments, and UPI integration with platforms like Google Pay and PhonePe. APRB also introduced WhatsApp Banking and a contactless debit card to facilitate seamless transactions.

 

Financially, APRB reported an operating profit of Rs 45.31 crore and a net profit of Rs 27.34 crore for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2024, reflecting significant year-over-year growth.
