Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu praised Miss Kanku Kabak of the All Arunachal Pradesh Students Union (AAPSU) for her stunning performance at the 90th birthday celebration of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama in Dharamshala.
In a post on X, the Chief Minister highlighted Kabak’s rendition of the Tibetan song "Sung Dhang Lemo So." Hailing from Kamle district and belonging to the Nyishi tribe, Kabak captivated the audience with her heartfelt performance, which captured the compassion, empathy, and wisdom of His Holiness.

Describing her voice as "a gentle breeze," Khandu said Kabak's song conveyed prayers for the well-being and long life of the revered spiritual leader.
"May His Holiness continue to shower his earnest blessings upon the people of Arunachal Pradesh," Khandu added.
