He added that till 10-15 years back there was no possibility of conducting a meeting like this in BTR with UPPL, BJP, and AJP".
"The situation improved after 2014 when Narendra Modi came into power. There is no chaos in BTC after we sighed the peace pact with AFSU and NDFB".
He added that Tamulpur will be recognized as a district on January 26 by hoisting the national flag.
"You voted for us and UPPL. Now I am telling you people here will not be required to go to Musalpur. On the contrary, people from outside will have to come to Tmaulpur for medical treatment. We are not making the bridge for People for peple of Tamulpur but for the Bhupen Boro and UG Brahma so that people from Chapaguri and Baranga can access medical facilities in Tamulpur".
"This is the power of a finger. You just need to press the right button. If at just one right press of a button you can get two bridges, one district, a medical college then what else you need", he added.
