10-year-old boy, who went missing while bathing in Assam's Pokalagi river, rescued

A 10-year-old boy, Rahul Patgiri, went missing while bathing in the Pokalagi River at Noagaon in Manikpur, Bongaigaon district. The incident occurred when Rahul and two others went to the river to bathe together.

During their bath, Raghunath Patgiri also went missing, leading to a frantic search by locals. The rescue operations conducted by the community resulted in finding both individuals unconscious underwater.

Manikpur police swiftly responded to the scene and transported the rescued individuals to the hospital. At the time of reporting, there were no updates regarding the child's death.
