Assam: Barpeta Road's Durga Puja shines bright with innovative 'Chandrayan-3' theme pandal

Durga puja committees of Barpeta Road, for the last few years, haven't failed to attract devotees to their pandals as every year they come up with some innovative ideas.

This year too, the puja pandals in Barpeta Road, without disappointing its viewers have managed to grab the attention of devotees of lower Assam.

But the puja pandals that are mostly being praised by the masses are the two pandals located in Kalahbhanga of Barpeta Road under Barpeta District.

Aravinda Sangha of Kalahbhanga this year came up with the theme of Chandrayan- 3. A 12-minute show is being displayed in the puja pandal. The show exhibits the complete process of landing Vikram's lander. Moreover, it displays the process of Pragyan rover crawling out from the lander.

The way the show is done is attracting more and more devotees towards that pandal

Another puja pandal prepared by the Pravati sangha has also managed to catch the eyeballs of the devotees.

The theme this year they pick is "Black". They tried to display the beauty of the black colour.

Moreover, they tried to display the way Adivasi people worship or celebrate puja. The highly decorated puja pandal mostly consists of used Tubes and Tyres, which manages to attract numerous devotees to their pandal.
