Assam: Huge quantities of smuggled Agar sticks seized in Bongaigaon, two held

In a successful operation, the Government Railway Police (GRP) on November 26 raided Vivek Express train at Bongaigaon railway station and seized huge quantities of Agar sticks being illegally smuggled.

Based on specific inputs, a search operation was conducted by a team of GRP personnel led by Sanjib Choudhury, Officer-in-Charge of New Bongaigaon GRP, following which they seized from the train. 

In the operation two persons identified as Kabir Ahmed and Nurul Haque were also nabbed with the seized Agar sticks
